We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service, helping them resolve issues, and maximizing their experience with our SaaS platform. As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll play a key role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer support.

What you’ll be doing

Turn Ideas Into Campaigns That Shine

Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring creative marketing campaigns that grab attention.
Write, create, and curate content for email campaigns, social media, blog and other channels that make people say, “Wow!”
Work closely with the Marketing Lead to keep messaging bold, consistent, and impactful.
Design fun, eye-catching visuals and graphics that align with our brand and tell our story.

Help Us Make Events Unforgettable

Support the planning and execution of webinars, trade shows, and events that turn heads and spark conversations.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure attendance and engagement are off the charts.

Be Curious and measure
