Implementation of Happy Hours with Price Lists
The POS application now fully integrates Happy Hours, ensuring simplified management and automatic activation of preferential pricing.
Back-office Configuration in 2 Steps :

Create a specific price list for Happy Hours.

Define a Happy Hours rule in the marketing tab by specifying :

A name and the associated price list.

The days, time slots, and channels where Happy Hours apply.
POS Experience: Full Automation
As soon as the defined period begins, the POS application automatically applies Happy Hours prices to the relevant items, with no manual intervention. This ensures:

Group Printing of Item Labels from the Order Screen (Feature for Bakeries)

Easily print an order summary by item group or all orders of the day in a single action.
📌 How Does It Work ?
Configure the label printer from the settings in the POS → Label Printer tab.
- Enter your label printer’s IP address and port (see compatible printers).
- Select the TSC T200 203DPI model.
- Enter your label references (see RESTOMAX sales service):
– Small format: 57 – 32 – 3
– Large format: 76 – 51 – 3

Example of an order containing:
🥐 10 croissants
🍫 20 pain au chocolat
🥪 5 club sandwiches
➡️ 3 distinct labels will be printed with a single click on the label printing button.

New User Permission for Staff Who Should Not Appear on the POS Login Page
🎯 Feature Objectives
✅ Facilitate tracking of working hours for employees (cooks, dishwashers, cleaning staff, etc.).
✅ Ensure compliance with Belgian social regulations (Dimona, ONSS).
For these users, they only need to have the POS User right and must not have the Access to Sales Screen right.

A warning message is displayed if the FDM module (black box) is not detected on the network during clock-in on the master and slave.
✔️ Addition of Phone Field in Preparation Slips
New “Customer Phone” field added to preparation slips.
This option can be activated in print layouts for customization based on needs.
✔️ Differential Image Download with Configuration Update from Back Office
Allows retrieving only modified images from the back office without deleting all local images.
Prevents the need to manually restart a download or reboot the kiosk application, thanks to the remote configuration update feature from the web back office.
