Licence and super organisation
The RESTOMAX system works on a licence basis.
Basic principle :
Each licence is linked to a device, which may be a tablet, a kiosk or a pocket for example. This licence allows you to connect to the customer’s organisation to access data and gives the device the exclusive right to use the RESTOMAX software.
Important
Once linked, the licence cannot be used simultaneously on another device. It must be unlinked and the right to use it on the first device will be lost.
Each customer is represented by what is known as an ‘organisation’, which contains the entire database of its various establishments, items and customers. For more information, please consult the article dedicated to the structure of an organisation.
A web portal is used to manage all the ‘organisations’: the ‘super-organisation’.
What is a super-organisation?
A super-organisation is access to a dedicated web portal for partners, enabling them to manage the customers for whom they are responsible.
In it, You will find all the licences you have deployed and linked to his account, as well as contracts in progress, blocked or to be validated. This is your main management tool, enabling you to edit customer files, as well as access logs and the history of shipments and reminders linked to invoicing.
Contracts are generated according to the licences sold by the partner. To do this, please refer to the licence activation guide via the partner portal.
