Updated the reservation creation form to allow smoother reservation intake.

feature [1473] – Restomax Book: Implement the updated Create Reservation modal

Reservation form has been updated to reduce clicks, we now automatically show the available (and unavailable) dates, services & slots.

Customer information can be filled automatically based on the e-mail or phone number. After typing a phone number or email, the system will look up matching existing customers, the merchant can then select a customer, all known values will be autofilled in the form.
