The story began in 2015, when the arrival of the famous “black box” in HORECA led Jan-Charles Van Hall and Maxence Janssis to launch an offer for the first cash register on iPad (EASY-SHOP). Sales took off because the solution was more agile and easier to deploy, and therefore less expensive.
After 2 record years in 2020 and 2021, on 1 December 2021 advensys will take over RESTOMAX, another fast-growing company (nominated for a Brussels Gazelle award and the undisputed leader in Brussels for 30 years in cash register systems for the HORECA sector).
RESTOMAX was set up in 1990 by Roland Van Morckhoven, with innovative products and exceptional customer service, working with customers 7 days a week.
RESTOMAX then became the name of the group’s Horeca division and the new leader in French-speaking Belgium (Brussels and Wallonia) and number 2 in Belgium for POS systems, with 2,500 customers and 4,500 installations.
In 2023, RESTOMAX acquired Easyorder, a company that is very active in the Dutch-speaking part of Belgium and specialises in personalised order forms. This solution will enhance the catalogue to provide the best Click&Collect experience for our customers.
