What You’ll Be Doing
Own the Flemish Market
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with restaurants and hospitality businesses in the Flemish region.
- Build and manage a pipeline full of high-value leads that will take Restomax to the top in the region.
- Conduct outreach (calls, emails, and meetings) tailored to the Flemish-speaking market to grab attention and get results.
Close Big Deals
- Understand customer needs and deliver solutions that exceed their expectations.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals that leave prospects excited to partner with us.
- Negotiate and close deals like a pro, ensuring mutual value and long-term success.
Be the Face of Restomax in Flanders
- Represent Restomax at events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to grow our brand and presence in the region.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and clients, becoming their go-to trusted advisor in the Flemish market.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to ensure we’re always delivering value to local customers.
Drive Results and Make an Impact

- Provide regular feedback about the Flemish market, including trends, customer needs, and opportunities.

Who You Are
- Hunter Mentality: You love the chase, thrive on the thrill of closing deals, and never settle for “good enough.”
- Sales Rockstar: 2-4 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in SaaS or B2B.
- Flemish Speaker: Fluent in Flemish (written and spoken) and comfortable working in English.
- Strong Communicator: You can pitch, persuade, and build rapport with ease.
- Results-Driven: You live for hitting targets and driving measurable success.
- Resilient and Adaptable: You see challenges as opportunities and always find a way forward.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRMs (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and sales tools that keep you ahead of the game.
- Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are always ready to share insights and support your team.
